The project works with a “build on strengths” by
providing women and youth with specialized vocational and academic training
geared towards production of high demand selected items on the market. The project offers basic life-skills programs
and family awareness sessions that increase the beneficiaries’ social
stability, employability, and their chances of finding jobs, upgrading their
income levels and develop their competencies.
Focus on women and disabled, project aims to support
start up social enterprises offering specialized training services in parallel
with handicraft production. These are expected to be self-sustainable after an
incubation period of 6-8 months under the project’s support.
