The EDGE Project focuses on strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs) in Beni Suef to design and implement innovative solutions that address critical areas such as environmental sustainability, digital transformation, and gender equality. Through a series of capacity-building initiatives—including strategic planning, administrative training, advocacy, proposal writing, and monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL)—the project empowers local organizations to lead impactful change. The project also supports community-driven initiatives, such as Farmer Field and Business Schools (FFBS), to ensure that development is inclusive, locally owned, and sustainable.
